The Boys & Girls Club of Santa Barbara Ballers Varsity Basketball Team, coached by Manny Murillo and his brother, Robert Allen, led the team to Championship success in the 16th Annual Ventura Seaside Tournament (April 19 – 21) and in the Swoosh Spring Slam Tournament (April 27-28) in the Santa Barbara area.
“It has been a blessing to watch these kids grow from boys to young men. They have won countless tournaments in their basketball career with the Santa Barbara Ballers. But this is bigger than just wins and losses. These student athletes have overcome alot of adversity within the past couple of years and have overcome any obstacle that has been placed in their path. I am extremely proud of this team and what they have accomplished so far.” Coach Manny (Fresh) Muillo.
