Dos Pueblos showed no signs of fatigue in beating Stockdale 10-8 in an intrasectional boys tennis match on Friday at the DP Courts.
The Chargers (8-4) were playing their fourth match in four days.
Patrick Corpuz was solid in singles, winning his three sets, 6-2, 6-2, 6-1. In doubles, Mason Casady and Joshua Wang continued their stellar play, sweeping their Stockdale opponents, 6-2, 6-1, 6-1. Their record improves to 23-2.
Greg Steigerwald and Andrew Tufenkian took well over an hour in their first set, which finished in a tiebreaker that the DP pair won 7-0. They swept the next two rounds.
Stockdale, a Central Section Division 1 program, fell to 12-5.
