Lani Evans and the Dos Pueblos Chargers stifled San Marcos in Thursday’s Channel League contest, recording a 15-0 victory.
Evans didn’t allow a hit in the five-inning game. The sophomore, who struck out seven and walked four, is now 5-0 on the season.
Dos Pueblos was led at the plate by Chloe Madill’s three hits, three runs and three RBI. Veronika Gulvin drove home three runs and Maddy Buie was 2-4 with two runs scored.
