Bishop Diego’s softball team crushed Villanova 15-1 on Thursday for a Frontier League victory.
Colleen Duley smashed a home run over the centerfield fence in the fifth inning and finished the game with three RBIs. Isabella Gregson was 3-for-3 with two RBIs and Ashlynd knocked in one run on another three hits.
Talia Van Wingerden and pitcher Madison Ballard-Rozok added two hits and two RBI each.
Ballard-Rozok, Williams and and Ava Denunzio all spent time in the pitcher’s circle on Thursday.
The Cardinals (6-9, 1-1) face Malibu on Tuesday.
