Carpinteria’s boys volleyball team won for the second time in as many nights, bringing down Nordhoff 25-16, 25-11, 25-20 on Tuesday night.
The Warriors defeated Nordhoff 23-25, 25-22, 25-17, 25-23 on Monday.
The Warriors, 6-8 overall, were celebrating Senior Night on Tuesday and came out on fire. Setter Jesus Ortega led the way with 31 assists. Ben O’Hara recorded a team-high 11 kills. Another match highlight was Javier Alverez ripping off six aces in a row.
Carpinteria plays again on Thursday in another matchup with Nordhoff.
