Daniel Buratto recorded three hits and Anthony Spiritosanto had two doubles in Dos Pueblos’ 14-9 victory over Lompoc on Friday.
The Chargers were able to score five times in the top of the eighth inning to secure the victory. Dos Pueblos fell behind 9-2 in the bottom of the third before rallying for the win.
Buratto hit a double and two singles on his way to scoring three times with two RBI. Spiritosanto drove in three runs on his two extra base hits. Dylan Rohde and James Savage also had multi-hit games for the Chargers.
Buratto made an impact on the mound as well, pitching four innings of scoreless relief to earn the victory. Buratto struck out five of the 17 batters he faced.
Dos Pueblos improves to 8-6 overall.
