Providence Hall’s girls basketball team ended Thacher’s 12-game winning streak on Thursday and earned a share of the Condor League championship in a 51-48 overtime victory.
Both the Lions and Toads finish their regular seasons with a 5-1 record in league. It was the first year that Providence Hall competed in the Condor League.
Thacher is ranked No. 8 in Division 5-AA and Providence Hall is No. 3 in Division 6.
Sydney Hedges totaled 18 points and 17 rebounds. Olivia Barroca added 14 points.
Lizzy Beebe was all over the place, collecting six points, 21 rebounds, four assists and five steals.
