Starting pitcher Tyler Gilbert turned in six strong innings, and SBCC banged out 20 singles in routing L.A. Harbor 18-1 in a nonconference baseball game Saturday at Pershing Park.
It was the third straight win for the Vaqueros, who have scored 39 runs in those three games.
Gilbert, a freshman left-hander, struck out seven and allowed just three hit in six innings. He posted his second win of the season.
Zach Zehner and Payton Milon paced the offense with four hits a piece.
The Vaqueros (4-4) scored five runs in the first inning and five in the second.
