Seniors Aolani Rueff and Ashley Correa have been named NAIA Women’s Soccer All-Americans. Rueff, a midfielder, was selected to the NAIA first team while Correa, a forward, was named to the second team.
Sophomore defender Sophie Judd of Edmond, Washington, received honorable mention consideration.
Rueff, who hails from Santa Ynez, tallied nine points and nine assists while serving as team captain. Her 0.47 goals per game ranked sixth in the GSAC as did her 1.42 points per game (two points for a goal, one for an assist).
Correa, a native of Lynnwood, Washington, recorded 13 goals and 10 assists. She ranked second in the GSAC in points per game (2.00), goals per game (0.72) and assists per game (0.56).
Rueff, Correa and Judd were joined by junior goalkeeper Lindsey Smith as members of the All-Golden State Athletic Conference team.
Smith, from Pleasanton, California, ranked fourth in the GSAC in goals-against-average with 1.12.
