Carpinteria’s boys soccer team found a groove in the second half of Tuesday’s non-league game with Nordhoff, scoring five times to post a 6-3 victory.
The Warriors trailed 3-1 at halftime but rallied with two goals from Ricky Arroyo and single scores from Carlos Orozco, Ruben Miranda and Lalo Garcia.
Luca Rigonati scored the Warriors one goal in the first half on a header off a pass from Angel Varela.
Carpinteria improves to 2-1-2 on the season before playing Pacifica on Thursday.
