Providence Hall got 22 points each from Matt Eaton and Nathan Dutcher, and the Lions roared past Grace Brethren 72-39 in a season-opening boys basketball game on Wednesday.
Eric Sheets added 18 points and grabbed a team-high 13 rebounds in the lopsided win. Dutcher had nine rebounds and Eaton dished out six assists.
Providence Hall plays Besant Hill on Saturday at Westmont College.
