Five Dos Pueblos wrestlers have made the semifinals at the Pete Duca Invite hosted by Nipomo High School.
Wynter Tripplitt (106), Esteban Flores (113), Cameron Cox (120), Chad Lampe (126), and Eden Martinez (138) will be competing for tournament titles on Saturday.
“The big win of the night was second year wrestler Eden Martinez was losing by 5 points and pinned his opponent in a cradle,” reported Chargers head coach Anthony Califano.
A handful of Chargers are also still in the hunt for consolation titles on Saturday.
