Second-seeded Dana Halls eliminated Santa Barbara 12-6 in the second round of the CIF Division 1 girls tennis playoffs on Monday at the Dons courts.
The Dolphins set the tone in singles as their top two players, Alyssa Smith and Jessica Perez, swept their three sets. Summer Garrison and Mattea Kilstofte each won a set for the Dons.
In doubles, Santa Barbara’s Megan Grant-Madison Hale went 2-1 on the day.
Santa Barbara moved up to Division 1 after winning the Division 2 championship last year.
