Bishop Diego got 15 points from Josie McCoy and 13 from Greer Shull but it wasn’t enough as the Cardinals fell short against Mission Prep, 41-39, in game at the Mission Prep Tournament.
The result was a big turnaround from Bishop’s previous game against Oak Park.
“We had a much better overall effort,” coach Jeff Burich said. “We showed improvement in 24 hours. Unfortunately we came out on the short end of this one.”
