Dos Pueblos featured three players with rounds under 40 in Tuesday’s 205-251 Channel League victory.
In Dos Pueblos’ best showing this season, Bekah Beveridge led the Chargers with a 38. Leah Dunn and Mika Henrickson scored 39s.
Chargers coach Dan Choi said it was the first time in several years that the Chargers have had multiple players under 40 in the same round.
“We were happy to put in a good score and it was also nice to know that there are still many strokes that we can make up on the course,” Choi said.
Glenda Marshall was Ventura’s low scorer at 45.
The Chargers play again on Thursday against Santa Barbara at Birnam Wood.
