Bishop Diego was no threat to Carpinteria’s undefeated girls tennis season on Thursday in a 15-3 Frontier League match.
The Warriors, who won all nine doubles sets, are now 14-0, 6-0.
“We played well today and were able to focus on trying to be more aggressive especially in doubles,” said Warriors head coach Charles Bryant.
The doubles teams of Merissa Souza-Emily Saito and Cat Maldonado-Natalie Saito swept three sets.
Emilee Krablin, Briana Friden and Meredith Amspoker each won a singles set for the Cardinals.
