Kelsie Bryant, Kassandra Ni and Tess Pitzer all swept three sets on Tuesday for Carpinteria’s girls tennis team as it improved to 8-0 on the season with a 15-3 victory over Villanova.
The decision makes defending league champion Carpinteria 3-0 in Frontier League play.
In doubles, Erin Saito and Lesly Zapata claimed three more sets for the Warriors without a loss.
“The team played well overall today and had a great start as this was the first of five straight matches,” noted Warriors coach Charles Bryant.
