Dos Pueblos’ girls tennis team was stopped 12-6 by Calabasas on Tuesday afternoon, dropping the Chargers to 0-3 for the young season.
Juniors Amber Sharpe and Helena Lee teamed to bring in three set wins for the Chargers in doubles. Sophomore Chloe Shott and freshman Adele Shraiman combined to earn Dos Pueblos two more points in doubles while losing their only set in a tiebreaker.
Dos Pueblos will now take a break from competition until September 14 when the Chargers travel to the four-team Santa Maria Tournament.
