Mission Prep swept Carpinteria’s girls volleyball team on Tuesday 25-21, 25-19, 25-21 in a non-league match in San Luis Obispo.
Allie Sundara totaled six aces, six digs and 12 assists. Erin Callaway posted a team-high 20 digs while opposite Amy Davis recorded four kills.
“The team’s energy was low from time to time and they made too many unforced errors,” said Warriors head coach Katie Julian. “We need to spend our time at practice working on being consistent, aggressive and smart in everything we do.”
The Warriors, 1-2 on the season, play again on Wednesday at Thacher. They are then off for eight days before beginning their league season next Thursday.
