Carpinteria raised its record to 10-0 with an 18-0 win over a shorthanded Santa Clara team on Thursday.
Santa Clara had only four players and forfeited nine sets.
Carpinteria coach Charles Bryant mixed up his lineup and gave some injured and sick players some rest.
The Warriors, 4-0 in the Tri-Valley League, play non-league matches on Friday and Saturday, and play Nordhoff for first place in the league on Tuesday.
