Santa Barbara High’s football team is off to a 2-0 start thanks to a 35-6 bashing of Beverly Hills in Los Angeles on Friday.
The Dons scored a pair of touchdowns in the first quarter and led 28-0 going into the fourth quarter.
Santa Barbara High and Beverly Hills have played every season now since 2007. The series is now tied 3-3 since then.
Friday’s outcome was a stark contrast to Santa Barbara’s opener in which it’s 25-22 victory came down to the last play.
The Dons will try for 3-0 next Friday at home against Atascadero.
