Women’s World Championship Tour surfer Lakey Peterson stands with campers from her surf camp that raised over $10,000 to help fund the building of clean-water wells in Indonesia. The effort has been dubbed Surf 4 Water. Speaking of, in the water, Lakey is getting ready to begin competition at this year’s U.S. Open of Surfing, which begins July 28.
