Goleta Valley South Little League’s 9/10 All-Stars have been stopped in sub-divisional play, falling twice in Pasadena.
Goleta Valley had won 11-of-13 games to advance through district and sectional competition.
In the divisional tournament, GV lost 4-0 to Westchester LL and 9-0 to Tustin LL.
“It was a great run, and the boys enjoyed getting this far,” said manager Tony Sandoval. “At the end of the day, we are still one of the top 10 teams from Paso Robles to San Diego.”
