With a 12-0 victory over Goleta Valley South on Tuesday, Dos Pueblos’ Little League Junior All-Stars won the second District 63 Championship at that age level in program history.
Gio Macias and Michael Boelter combined to no-hit Goleta Valley in the game, with Macias starting and pitching four of the game’s five innings.
The rest of the team consists of Austin Bull, Wyatt Boyle, Peter Appel, Chris Noggle, Jesus “Chuy” Carrillo, Luke Coffey, Dustin Demeter, Jake Yamasaki, DJ Sharpe and Travis Craven.
Macias also had a good day at the plate, going 3-for-4 with 3 RBIs.
Luke Coffey launched his third home run of the postseason in the first inning.
Dos Pueblos now advances to compete in the sectional tournament.
