Santa Barbara High grad Taylor Rochestie led his Le Mans basketball team to France?s national pro championship game on Saturday night in Paris, only to see the title go to Chalon-sur-Saone after a 95-76 decision.
Rochestie collected 10 points, seven assists and five assists in the title game after leading the team in the regular season with averages of 16.4 points and 6.4 assists per game.
Chalon’s Blake Schilb, an American who played at Loyola-Chicago, led all players with 20 points, 10 assists and five rebounds.
