The Dos Pueblos Little League 11/12 All-Stars opened up the district tournament with an 18-0 romp over Ojai Valley on Saturday at Girsh Park.
Dos Pueblos piled up 17 hits, including four doubles and two home runs, in a game that was shortened to four innings.
Davey Demeter led with four hits, among them a two-run double and a solo home run. Demeter totaled four RBIs. Nick Baker was 2-for-3 and connected for the other round-tripper. Justin Padilla and Will Goodwin added two hits each.
Dylan Kelly pitched three scoreless innings and Jed Donelan struck out two in his one inning on the mound.
Dos Pueblos plays its next tournament game on Monday against Ventura Coastal.
