The Carpinteria boys tennis team finished 9-0 in the Frontier League after defeating Nordhoff 12-6 on Friday.
“The boys played very relaxed today and it helped,” coach Charles Bryant said.
The doubles team of Collin Nathanson and Jonathon Cleek went 3-0 on the day and defeated Nordhoff’s top doubles team, which no team in the Frontier League had done.
The Warriors will wait until next week for their CIF draw after finishing the regular season with a 10-10 overall record.
The Carpinteria players will competed in the Frontier League Individual Tournament on Tuesday and Thursday at Carpinteria.
