Every player on the Owls team saw court time as the Owls improved to 5-3 overall and 2-0 in league. Next up is a home match against Cate on Friday.
Andrew McCaffery recorded six of the Owls’ 18 service aces. JT Aubrey led the team in kills with four and added five digs. Cuyler Zimmerman tallied a team-high six digs.
“We got to get everyone in the match and everyone played a new position, which is always fun,” explained Laguna Blanca head coach Dillan Bennett. “Everyone has some appreciation for their position and more respect for those playing their regular positions on the court.”
