Gabe Grandcolas pitched a complete game in just his second start of the season to help the Santa Barbara High baseball team defeat Cottonwood (UT) 4-2 at the Anaheim Tournament.
Grandcolas gave up three hits and earned his first win of the season.
The Dons were down 2-0 heading into the fifth inning, but Johnny Brontsema hit a double to drive in two runs, then Jason Jimenez smacked a triple to finish off the scoring.
Santa Barbara (10-6) won four games at the tournament and will continue its season on Tuesday at Buena.
