Every golfer for Santa Barbara shot under 80 against Buena to win the match 373-415 and improve to 5-0 in the Channel League.
“I am really pleased with the way we played today on a course that has a tendency to have high scores,” coach James Bedard said. “The team finished really strong, playing the final 3 holes at 5 under. This is a good test before we finish a tough Channel league schedule.”
Michael Kirby hit two birdies and an eagle to shoot a 71 (one under par) and earn medalist honors in his best round of the season.
Jonathan Collins finished the back nine at three under par to finish at 72 while Alec Constantinides eagled the 18th hole to earn a score of 74.
The Dons (16-1) will continue their season on Thursday against San Marcos at Montecito Country Club.
