After losing 2-1 to Ventura earlier in the week, the Dos Pueblos High baseball team exacted its revenge in a 12-0 rout of the Cougars.
Brett Patton broke the game open in the second inning with a grand slam to cap off a six-run, two-out rally that put the Chargers up 8-0.
The team never looked back from there and cruised to a commanding Channel League victory.
Patton finished the game 2-for-4, as did James Savage and Dylan Rohde for Dos Pueblos.
The Chargers (15-6 overall, 5-2 CL) will continue their season on Tuesday at home against Santa Barbara.
