Thursday’s game was the Channel League opener for the Warriors and was called after five innings.
Jessica Macias and Jiselle Vasquez helped spark the potent offense and each had two hits on the day.
Carpinteria (5-2-1 overall, 1-0 CL) will continue their season on Saturday in a double-header at home against Nipomo.
