It all starts with a pass, and the Laguna Blanca boys volleyball team was inconsistent in that area and suffered a 3-0 loss to Nordhoff, 25-16, 25-22, 25-14, in a non-league match on Tuesday.
“Tonight was not our finest showing,” coach Dillon Bennett said. “We made far too many passing and hitting errors to give ourselves a chance. The positive thing is when we passed well, we looked good. Unfortunately, that only happened a handful of times.”
J.T. Aubery led the Owls (0-3) with six kills. Stephen McCaffery had six digs.
