The Dos Pueblos boys volleyball team won the first two sets against Royal on Friday, but then lost three straight to fall at home.
The scores for the games were 25-15, 25-19, 22-25, 18-25 and 14-16.
Gabe Burdick led the Chargers offensively with 16 kills and two aces. Mansai Conner also had a good hitting night with nine kills.
Keaton Arutian was the team’s defensive leader with 16 digs. Conner also helped out with three blocks.
Dos Pueblos (0-2) will play next on Monday at Westlake.
