All five Westmont starters scored in double digits on Tuesday, leading the Warriors to an 86-66 GSAC victory over Fresno Pacific in Murchinson Gym.
Katie Kittle recorded a team-high 21 points on 9-for-15 field goal attempts. Tugce Canitez posted a double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds. Aubrey Lincoln poured in 19 points by knocking down five 3-pointers.
The victory improves Westmont to 16-1 in conference play and 26-2 overall. The Warriors have one regular season game remaining – Saturday against Azusa Pacific – before beginning the GSAC Tournament as the No. 1 seed.
Fresno Pacific’s Jenay Herring led all scorers with 22 points as the Sun Birds fall to 5-12 in GSAC play.
