Tugce Canitez scored 26 points and Katie Kittle put up 22 more to push the Westmont women’s basketball team to a 70-53 victory against The Master’s College.
Canitez also grabbed 13 rebounds earn a double-double in Wednsday’s game.
The Golden State Atheltic Conference quarterfinal matchup was close in the first half, and Westmont took a five-point lead into the locker room.
The Warriors were dominant in the second period, outscoring their opponents by 12 and holding them to 21.2 percent from the field.
Westmont will fave Biola in the semifinals on Friday.
