The Bishop Diego boys basketball team built an early lead at home against Villanova on Wednesday and coasted to a 75-42 victory.
It was Senior Night for the Cardinals and every player was able to receive significant playing time.
Elias Munoz led the team with 25 points while Reese Moulton put up 12 and Brandon Gonzalez finished with 10.
Bishop Diego led 49-22 en route to a convincing victory.
The team finished with a 13-12 overall record and went 8-2 in the Frontier League. The Cardinals finished second in league and will receive its playoff draw on Sunday. They will likely play their first postseason game on Wednesday.
