The San Marcos girls soccer team faced a tough match at home against perennial powerhouse Buena and lost 4-0.
“We fought like it was a 0-0 game through and through,” Royals head coach Macie Berlin said about her team.
San Marcos is now 0-2-2 in Channel League play.
The Royals will have the next week off and return to action on Tuesday, January 24 against Dos Pueblos.
