The Santa Barabara high girls basketball team faced a 19-4 deficit after the first quarter of its game against Rio Mesa, and ended up losing 56-41.
The Dons hosted the Think Pink game which aimed to raise awareness for breast cancer.
Desirea Coleman led the 11 points and also had six rebounds and five steals.
“We had too many turnovers and quick shots,” head coach Andrew Butcher said about his team’s performance.
Santa Barbara (13-9) will continue its season on Tuesday at Buena.
