The Bishop Diego boys soccer team struggled in the attacking third of the field and lost 1-0 at home against Nordhoff.
Nordhoff took the lead in the first off by scoring off a set piece.
The Cardinals responded and were able to create chances and keep their opponents on their heels.
“We just couldn’t find the back of the net,” head coach Ivan Becerra said.
Bishop Diego (1-2 Frontier League) will continue its season tomorrow at home against Villanova.
