Nordhoff recorded a 1-0 non-league win over Carpinteria’s girls soccer team on Monday, with the goal coming late in game in the 66th minute.
The Warriors had their chances, having outshot the Rangers 10-2. Carpinteria put a ball into Nordhoff’s net to tie it but the play was whistled offsides.
Carpinteria now off until 2012. The Warriors first game of the new year is against Cate.
