Becca Braly gave Laguna Blanca’s girls soccer team a first-half lead but the Owls weren’t able to hold on in a 3-1 defeat to Viewpoint.
Laguna held a 1-0 advantage at halftime but Viewpoint was able to score three goals on three shots in the second half.
“A frustrating experience for us, but one we can learn from,” said Owls head coach Kevin Shertzer.
The Owls complete play at the Grace Brethren Tournament on Saturday.
