Bishop Diego's Justin Brosnan hunts down a ball in the midfield for the Cardinals against Orcutt.
Bishop Diego scored three first-half goals and made them stand on Friday, posting a 3-0 victory over visiting Orcutt Academy.
Justin Brosnan connected with Matt Hammand to score Bishop’s first goal, coming in the 10th minute.
Matt Hill came through with the second. It was the third straight game in which Hill has scored. Senior Julian Casano found the net for the Cardinals’ final goal.
Bishop Diego plays again on Saturday when they travel to Santa Clara for a game at noon.
