Pacifica shut out Dos Pueblos’ boys soccer team on one end of the field Wednesday and posted four scores on the other, resulting in a 4-0 victory for the Tritons.
“They were quicker to the ball, had crisp passing. It felt like our team never got off the bus,” said Chargers head coach Matt York. “Pacifica just beat us today.”
It was the seventh-straight road game for the Chargers, who finally return home for a match on Friday against Arroyo Grande.
The loss makes Dos Pueblos 3-5 on the season.
“It’ll be good to be home,” York said.
