Taylor Chatman came off the bench for the Cate School girls basketball team and posted an impressive all-around stat-line to lead the Rams to a 32-24 win over Faith Baptist at home.
Chatman finished the game with five points, 10 rebounds, two blocks, and three steals.
Chatman’s excellent effort on defense and on the glass opened up scoring opportunities for Kymmy Lawyer who finished with a team-leading eight points.
Brittany Newsome and Lanea Pearson each scored six points.
Cate (3-2) will break from play until after the holiday, and will continue its season at Carpinteria on January 7.
