Zerrenner takes 10th in State

Dos Pueblos sophomore Addi Zerrenner recorded a 10th place finish in the Division II race at CIF’s State Championships on Saturday.

Zerrenner’s time of 18:02 on the Woodward Park course in Fresno bettered her previous time on the same course from October 8th by 15 seconds.

“She ran a very smart race, and gained momentum with each mile,” said head coach Leslie Roth, noting how Zerrenner passed two competitors who had beaten her earlier this season.

Zerrenner was the first female runner from Dos Pueblos to qualify for the State Meet in over 15 years.
