SBCC was seeded third for the Southern Cal Regional men’s soccer playoffs and will take on L.A. Harbor on Saturday at 11 a.m. The game will be played at Westmont College’s Thorington Field.
The Vaqueros (15-1-4) won their last six games to capture the WSC title with a 12-1-1 mark. The 14th-seeded Seahawks (7-7-7) are the sixth-place team from the tough South Coast Conference.

SBCC defeated L.A. Harbor 2-1 on Sept. 16 in Wilmington.
The Vaqueros are 12-0-1 in its last 13 games while Harbor is 2-3-2 in its last seven. Santa Barbara outscored its opponents 47-17 for the season and the Seahawks were outscored 37-33.
Sophomore defender Roberto Santana was named MVP of the WSC on Monday and John Sisterson received Coach of the Year honors.
“We beat Harbor at their place, so it’s a team we know,” said Sisterson. “We’re happy to be seeded No. 3. It’s our highest seed in my five years at SBCC.”
