Santa Barbara put three teams in the final four of the Channel League doubles tournament on Thursday at Buena High.
Top-seeded Megan Grant and Madison Hale will play No. 4 Caitlin Mannix-Jordan Lund of San Marcos, while No. 2 Taryn Mjelde-Marianna Alevra take on teammates Lisa Santry-Karina Thornton in the other semifinal on Friday at 1:30 p.m. at Knowlwood Tennis Club.
The final is at 3:30 p.m.
Grant-Hale won their first-round match against a team from Buena, 6-0, 6-0. They followed with a 6-3, 6-0 victory over Kate Stratman-Kee Kee Daniels of Dos Pueblos.
Mjelde-Alevra had an impressive day, winning both their matches, 6-0, 6-0.
After a first-round bye, Mannix-Lund knocked off DP’s Allie Frankel-Mikaela Amble, 6-0, 6-0.
The Channel League singles final between DP’s Lauren Stratman and Santa Barbara’s Mattea Kilstofte is also at 3:30 at Knowlwood.
