Julian Mattaliano scored on a point-blank shot for the game-winner.
The Warriors were outshot 21-9, but goalkeeper Andrew Singer came up big several times to keep them in the game.
Westmont falls to 3-10-1 overall and 2-5-1 in the GSAC. Fresno Pacific is 10-5, 6-2.
