The Laguna Blanca girls volleyball team continued the high level of play that has characterized its season, and defeated Cate to improve to 3-0 in Condor League play.
The scores for the sets were 25-8, 25-16, 18-25, and 25-16.
“Our ball control was pretty good and we played real disciplined defense,” head coach Jim Alzina said.
Amanda Harvey and Jessie Dusebout led the team in kills with six and eight respectively. Courtney O’Donnell was the Owls’ defensive leader with 16 digs.
Laguna Blanca (8-2 overall) plays again next Friday at home against Thacher.
